WHO Are We?
Georgia Trainers Roundtable. We are a collection of Credit Union Trainers and HR Professionals throughout Georgia. GTR was founded in 2003 in order to form a network of credit union training professionals that meets once a quarter, to discuss and demonstrate pertinent training issues and techniques. We receive support and guidance through the GCUA (Georgia Credit Union Affiliates) and participate in train-the-trainer sessions, facilitate access to training materials and provide feedback on training issues. Past sessions have included information about The Fred Factor, how to teach Excel classes, diversity sessions, online training resources, project management, and more. GTR meetings also various include games, prizes, giveaways, themes and tons of energy. Our relaxed format serves to encourage and re-charge trainers who are usually dealing with similar challenges and developments within the Credit Union movement in Georgia and beyond. We exchange innovative ideas to re-energize our staff and have tons of fun in the process! Come join the fun!
