This workshop provides practical tools and techniques for “trainers” to use before, during, and after a learning experience.
After participating in this workshop, you will be able to:
- Promote the benefits of training
- Identify learners’ developmental needs and learning style
- Recognize the alternatives to classroom training
- Use a 10-step process for developing a “learner-centered” workshop
- Incorporate accelerated learning techniques to add variety and enhance retention of ideas
- Design and conduct a workshop that will improve performance
